How2 fix: spam

-ISP can filter tcp p25 outbound; means customers can't send email from Outlook Express/Thunderbird only from web based email like gmail, yahoo, msn etc. Only business accounts can use port25.
-ISP's and companies can stop accepting mail from servers with no spf record;
-netziens can start charging $.01 per email received. It only costs a penny to email your friend but spam companies that send out hundreds of millions of emails daily will incur a huge expense. There is a micropayment hurdle here.
-Make spam illegal and alloe bounties.
