Reliance home comfort;
Please remove the heating and air conditioning maintenance insurance from
SD

i am unhappy that
it got added to my account without my consent
my air conditioner broke and the insurance that i was paying into was
so narrow that it didn't help pay for any of the repairs.
my wife and i were told differently how to get it removed from my account
it was intentionally made difficult to remove from my account

Please do not send me any response explaining why this happend because
i really don't care to hear the excuse. From my perspective you have
taken my money and given me nothing of value.
