surf to Https://ip:10000
Servers, Squid Proxy, Access Control
to the right of Create New ACL, choose Ethernet Address from the drop down, now click Create
copy Ip address ranges from here http://www.wizcrafts.net/iptables-blocklists.html
into your rule and give it a name
click the "Proxy restrictions" tab, click "Add proxy restriction"
leave the action as deny, in the left column select all the rules you just created
use the arrows on the far right to move it up above the allow localnet rule
