-roof shingles/tiles that change color when they get hot; like the spoon that comes in the rice krispies; gets dark in the cold/winter and light in the warm/summer; 1/2 of home heat is absorbed thru roof
-Stacking washer and dryer, when the cloths are done in the washer they automatically fall through to the dryer, after that they could fall through to a laundry basket.
-CO detecting garage door openers

Car:
-Jet Brakes - solid propellant in the bumper
-Cheaper active suspention - air shocks with computer controlled valves to stiffen the front shocks when braking or the outside shocks when cornering.
-Leveled Insurance - insurance Co's issue a mag-stripe card that tells your car it's maximim speed, as the max speed gets lower so does insurance rates.
-electric turbo - turbo fan powered by electric motor instead of exhaust gas, + air storage
-Auto Transmission with magnetic clutches instead of hydraulic - fewer parts to go wrong.
-Electromagnetic bumpers - like poles repel
-car doors that slide like mini-van doors
-tire pumping hubcaps - hubcaps have an off-centre weighted disk that spins when the car moves and turns an air pump that keeps the tires correctly inflated. -Obsolete see tweels.

-Stomache Acid battery - a capsule that is swallowed, made up of 2 dis-similar metals that react with the stomache acid to form a battery. The capsule is prevented from exiting the stomache by a large wire loop. Initially the loop is held flat against the body of the capsule with wax so it can be easily swollowed but the stomache acid quickly eats the wax, deploying the loop. The capsule could contain any payload including; pace-maker, locational beacon, gastric bypass style stomache pace-maker, health monitor. - done by university football team to monitor player temperature
